Constable Ruben Davis has faithfully served as Constable of Fort Bend County, Precinct Two since May 10, 1996. He has spent his professional career working to empower people and communities— improving their safety, security, and quality of life. As Constable, his duties include serving civil documents, lawsuits for debts, divorce cases, repossessions, collection of judgments, foreclosures, criminal warrants, subpoenas, juvenile summons and a wide variety of other duties.
